How does it work? Do I have to make a booking?
Yes bookings are essential and in peak holiday periods booking well in advance is recommended.
Where can I park and how much does it cost?
Sanctuary Cove has free parking within a security patrolled environment.
Do you charge per person?
No the cost is per boat, per trip and there is a maximum capacity we can carry. Please contact us and provide details of how many adult and children (ages) passengers and how much luggage (in detail).
Do you operate when it is raining?
Yes we have full waterproof covers.
Can I bring some luggage?
Please contact us and provide details on what luggage you are going to bring, suitcases,plastic containers , eskies ( number, weight and size) etc..
Can I bring bikes or scooters ?
Yes we can carry a very limited number of adult and kids bikes and scooters etc.
